I was supposed to have my mammography at the Wharncliffe branch... But in my email, it says I am booked at the Fanshawe branch. The service representative helped me with my dilemma . She was able to squeeze me in me in for the lab procedure even though I was originally booked at another branch ... that's customer service 🥰

Both places in Sudbury was great to vist the staff were freindly and help full. The place on long lake road. Waz able to get me in to the place down town due to cancelation. As all there systems are link together There was no wait time. Both places clean and the staff help full to explain why I waz getting the test done.

I recently had a few visits at this location. Each time, I was warmly welcomed and all the staff were friendly and very professional taking time to explain the process and tests being done. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. I'm booked for follow-up tests and will actually look forward to visiting again.
